You can manage your FightCamp subscription, and view your payment details by logging into our Customer Dashboard:
- Log into our Customer Dashboard at http://account.joinfightcamp.com/
- If it is the first time you have accessed the Dashboard please select "Sign Up".
- Enter the email associated with your FightCamp subscription (the email that you used at checkout).
- Create a password for your new Customer Dashboard.
You may do the following once you have logged in:
- Update billing information
- If you are updating your card after 2 weeks of the membership being past due, you must email email@example.com - they can assist in manually charging your card.
- Pause your membership
- If you have a monthly subscription, you can pause your membership for 1, 2 or 3 months.
- Pre-paid memberships are not eligible to be paused.
- Cancel your membership
- If you have a monthly subscription, your membership will be canceled at the end of your monthly payment period.
- If you have committed to a prepaid membership and it is outside of the 30-day cancellation period, the membership will terminate at the end of the commitment period.
