Need to update your billing information, make changes to your membership or grab your referral code for a friend?
- Log into our Customer Dashboard using this link HERE
*Please note, members that purchased a prepaid membership are currently unable to create a Customer Dashboard. Contact Support for assistance.
- Enter the email address that is linked to your account.
You may do the following once you have logged in:
- Update your payment method
- Update billing information
- If you are updating your card after 2 weeks of the membership being past due, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org - they can assist in manually charging your card
- Grab your referral code
- When you log in there is a section called referral code - copy it and send it to a friend!
- Pause your membership
- You have the ability to pause your membership for up to 6 months
- Cancel your membership
- If you pay a monthly membership, your membership will be canceled at the end of the month
- If you have committed to a prepaid option of a 1 or 2-year commitment and it is outside of the 30 day cancellation period, the membership will terminate at the end of the commitment period.
