Need to update your personal information or make changes to your membership? Here's how:
- Log into our Customer Dashboard using this link HERE
- Enter the email address that is linked to your account.
(This must be the account user's email that was originally sent the activation code upon sign up)
You may do the following once you have logged in:
- Update your payment method
- Update billing information
- If you are updating your card after 2 weeks of the membership being past due, you must email email@example.com - they can assist in manually charging your card
- Cancel your membership
- If you pay a monthly membership, your membership will be canceled at the end of the month
- If you have committed to a prepaid option of a 1 or 2-year commitment and it is outside of the 30 day cancellation period, the membership will terminate at the end of the commitment period.
- If you would like to rejoin FightCamp or pause your membership, please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
