Mounting the trackers properly is important in order to get accurate results.
The tracker needs to be placed on your forearm, just below your wrist.

Avoid placing the tracker at an angle. Make sure the rounded edge points straight at your knuckles.
At least two turns of wraps over the trackers to make sure they are properly secured"
The trackers must be placed on the wrist. Punching while holding the trackers in the hand leads to inaccurate results.
It's not recommended to place the trackers directly on the skin.
