Not to worry. In the event of your trackers not connecting to the app there is a 3 step process that is required where you bluetooth needs to be enabled. See below.
1. Make sure your bluetooth icon is turned on in the control center and your phone is charged (unlike our 23%)
2. Open up your settings icon on your phone and make sure your bluetooth from your settings is turned on as well. Do not select anything else after turning it on.
3. From your settings scroll down to the FightCamp app. Select the app and toggle over the enable bluetooth.
After you have completed these steps and your trackers are in pairing mode you should be able to see the pop up on your screen to connect your trackers.
