To ensure your trackers are in a good position during your workout, we have placed small slots in the quick wraps for your trackers to slide into easily. After pairing your trackers and putting on your quick wraps, simply place your trackers into the wraps with the rounded edge of the tracker parallel to your wrist, facing your knuckle and the indicator light facing upwards. *Please note: Trackers do not count punches during the warm-up portion of the workout.
If your trackers are still not counting your punches please ensure you are doing the following:
- Please make sure you are standing 6ft from your phone
- Ensure you have a strong Wifi connection. If your wifi does not support streaming, please download a workout in the app. Not sure how? HERE is a step-by-step process.
- If anyone else in your household uses FightCamp, please have them turn off their Bluetooth connection in the FightCamp app. If they are in close proximity to you there is a potential the trackers will jump from user to user.
