To ensure your trackers are in a good position during your workout, we have placed small slots in the quick wraps for your trackers to slide into easily. After pairing your trackers and putting on your quick wraps, simply place your trackers into the wraps with the rounded edge of the tracker parallel to your wrist, facing your knuckle and the indicator light facing upwards.
Please note: Trackers do not count punches during the warm-up portion of the workout.
