“Where is my Bag?”
--If you are still waiting on your bag/base and you ordered Dec 30th- Jan 8th, your bag is already in transit. Please check your spam for the shipping confirmation email.
--If you ordered between Jan 9th to Jan 16th, your bag will ship out within the next week!
--If you ordered after Jan 16th, it can take an additional 2-4 weeks from the original shipping time frame, which is 10-15 business days from your date of purchase. Once your bag is in transit, you will receive an email confirmation from our bag distributor with your tracking. If it has been more than 45 business days (does not included weekends or holidays) and you still do not have your bag, please contact us at that time.
Conditioning kit, bag ring/ bag ring bumpers
These items are on backorder status due to high demand. We will be receiving new inventory for these items within the next few weeks and at that time we will resume shipping.
