Contender Path: catered to our more seasoned boxers and graduates of the Prospect Path. These workouts entail more advanced boxing skills.
Kickboxing Path: punching the bag isn't enough? We will train you to cross over to kickboxing to really put those legs to work.
Repetition is essential to developing proper muscle memory and for that reason, we encourage new fighters with little to no experience to complete workouts multiple times before proceeding in a Path.
